Transferring Play Lists Between Computers

I have two PCs both with Windows 10 and MC 19.  Both computers have the same numerous music files on them, however the older computer also has numerous play lists / smartlists that I created.  How can I transfer these play lists / smartlists to MC 19 on my new computer.  Remember that the music files are already on the new computer (typically as ape or m4a files) so all I need to transfer is the organization of the play lists / smartlists.  Any advice as to whether or how I can do this would be much appreciated.  Many thanks.

Try backing up on one machine and restoring the backup on the other.
