Constant buffering after update

Gil:
For some reason I now have constant buffering that makes it impossible to use this software.  It worked perfectly before and no settings have been manually changed.  Please advise!  Thank you.

Reinstalling

Rebooting

Playing files from a different source

Playing to a different destination
