how to save music playlists and where to find them

My laptop's screen does not turn on and Windows has to be reinstalled and I want to save my playlists. How to do it?

There's probably no need.  MC makes automatic library backups every couple of days.  Go find your backup files and copy them off to an external drive.  I think they are in Documents\JRiver\Library Backups .  There might be a directory in between like "Media Center 19" or something like that.

The backup zip files have everything in them, including all of your playlists.  You can use one of them to rebuild your library, pretty much exactly as it was, when you install MC over again.
