I have had trouble with theatre view since MC23 came out both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. If I use the normal mode (i.e. not OpenGL) it completely crashes the video driver. That is the video card stops with a code in the device manager. The device is an AMD Radeon R9 200 series. I am using the latest driver. The machine is Windows 10 (64 bit running the latest insider build - the problems has persisted over several builds of both windows 10 and MC23 and a few driver versions). The other hardware in the machine is an AMD FX8350 and there is 32GB RAM as well.
If I switch to opengl things are a little better. At least it doesn't crash the driver but unfortunately using the interface in theatre view still often hangs MC23 with windows reporting it as not responding.
Is there anything else I can do to either prevent the graphics card crash in normal mode or prevent the hang.
