MC's installer is signed, but MC itself is not.

It's a minor issue, but I noticed that Media Center's installer is signed while the actual program does not appear to be, as shown in Process Explorer.
One of the things to look out for with malware which masks itself as another program is that it will be unsigned while the legitimate application is.
Hopefully it won't take much to fix this, since the installer is signed.

I'll add the signature to the 64-bit version. For the 32-bit version there is actually a reason why some things are not signed, which I can't really go into right now.
