How can I restore my License Key ?

I'm seeking help from JRiver and/or members here.  I have purchased JRiver license in 2016 (not sure which month though), but have lost the license key, so I followed the JRiver's ways to restore it.  Nothing has been sent to me from JRiver.

What else can I try to get my license key back ?  Help appreciated !!

Look for messages from buy-button in your spam folder.

I can't find any license that matches your forum e-mail address.  I can search further if you will send me your details.  I'm jimh at jriver.

Did search the Spam folder, nothing received from "buy-button".

Please send me an e-mail.  There is no license for that address.  There may have been a typo when you bought the license.
