I'm a little clueless when it comes to this kind of thing

But basically here is a scenario.

I am playing some music on my desktop, maybe using JRemote on my iphone to control the playlist..

But what if I want to go out for some errands, step out for a smoke, etc... is there a way to set it up so I can change zones on the fly and have the current playlist from the desktop start playing to the iphone itself?

Right now I'd have to just change the zone in JRemote then navigate to the album and track I was on.
