When i run an auto import after i add an album or a couple movies I will get this list of items that it imports that already exist in the library. Beatles Abbey Road will import every time and others. It doesn't create duplicates at all just shows up in the recently imported list. Actually looking at the list its the first two folders in my lossless folder structure. A and B. So everything under folder A and under folder B imports every single time. Weird huh?
