[REQ] Allow Linux MC to use Windows MC libraries without path conversion

The library currently contains platform specific paths, make this format OS agnostic which means

- auto replace \ with / as necessary
- use a named path rather than an actual path, e.g $MOVIES$\MyFilms would resolve to X:\MyFilms on Windows and /mnt/media/MyFilms on Linux
