Slide show transitions

We all (100% of us) have LOTS of pictures from our smartphones...
Why does JRiver not have any nice transition options between pictures ? ?
A simple fate out/in plugin would be a nice start!
As it is now, I use a DIFFERENT program to display those pictures while listening to JRiver. Am I preaching to the choir?

There are no picture transition options in JRiver  ::)
Fade In/Out plug-in is long overdue.

Please look at the other Slide show freeware programs on the market. This is not the first time I've asked for this basic feature. You can do better than that  ::)
