I hate to ask a stupid question but where is the NEW POST BUTTON?

Look for "new topic" on the upper right corner of the index page of the board where you want to post.

But you must have found it, no?

Am running latest JRiver MC 28.0.80 (64 bit)version and Chrome on a PC
and have checked for that button after going to the help file>posting.

If you're trying to start a new thread or topic, go up one level so you see a list of topics, then look for New Topic in the upper right corner.

There is a Help topic in the upper left.
