Deleting Library

I created a new library on my new 400GB sd card for my mac mini and it works fine.  I store the library on the card right next to the music folder from iTunes. All is good...

Now I want to delete my old original library, the one stored under the ~/Library/Application Support/JRiver/MediaCenter23/Library folder which I no longer use and actually the music files it pointed to no longer even exist and the 'Delete' option is greyed out.  Why?  I was able to 'Clear' that library and rename it 'Empty' but I really want to just delete it entirely from the library manager etc.  What is the reason for not allowing this?
