I have JRiver version 21. I renewed my license in June 2016.
Afterwards, I got no messages so I kept using it. Recently. I get no sound at all. I have not changed any setting. I hook up my outboard DAC to my computer with proper cable and use the correct sound device.
When I go to play a song, top of MC screen shows song being played, "buffering" and the song starts to play. but there is no sound through my headphones.
My headphone amp is working fine.
Is this because my MC 21 licensed has expired and a new one must be purchased (downloaded)? If so, will all my settings be transferred to JRiver MC 23 when I've paid for the upgrade and download of MC23?
