I've found that I usually have to enter the information manually, and scan the covers/labels in order to get everything correct. I've found that online sources get too much wrong to depend on them.

The best source I've found for artwork is http://www.albumartexchange.com/. I can sometimes v=avoid scanning by checking there first.
