i dont understnd the option 'Doctor Who' under playlists

can anyone explain wat s dat?

or any tutorial video

Used to upload Playlists to share with others, and download Playlists from other people to get an idea of what people are playing. It's a music discovery tool. Only Playlists, no actual music files.
