Retina mode problem
« on: November 12, 2017, 06:57:38 am »

Here's an "issue". When Retina Mode is enabled, it resizes the stoplight buttons (close/maximize/restore/minimize) to be slightly smaller than they should be. By default unless the size changes (either below or above 100%) those stoplight buttons shouldn't be resized when Retina Mode is enabled, if possible. Right now I have to change the size to 110% in an effort to try to bring those buttons back to their intended size.

Just to be sure we're on the same page, you're viewing MC on a Retina display and switching MC's Retina mode off and on, is that right?  If that's the case, I think the problem might be the way the scaled up button images were created.  The round button in the 2X image touches the sides of a 22x22 pixel square, whereas in the 1X image it touches the sides of a 12x12 square.  This means the Retina image will look about 10% smaller than the non-Retina image (11x11 vs. 12x12 pixels).
