Issue with install

Hello all,

First post, first time here, etc...

Recently I purchased/downloaded JRiver for Mac and seem to be having an issue with installing it... after the purchase went thru it downloaded (in about a second).

When I clicked on it to open it, it didn't open but a message told me I had to choose an application to open it with.

Sooooo.... I downloaded the Open Any File app from the appstore for free and then....

Nothing happened. Nothing good, anyway.

Now, when I click on the jriver download, the open any app icon blinks on the dashboard for a few seconds then disappears and then that's it. Nothing.

So, not sure what to next or who to reach out to so I figured, I'd start a thread.

I'm fairly ignorant of technology btw, basically have been simply using iTunes and my iPod for years and that's it so maybe I did or neglected to do something stupid and just don't know it?

Any advice would be appreciated, thx.

I think you're trying to run the license, not the program.

Please download JRiver and install it.
