Force MC to use Cover Art from audio file on Windows server

I would like MC to ALWAYS use the cover art stored inside the WAV file it is playing from a Windows Server share. For some reason *sometimes* MC creates a copy and places it on the local MC Cover Art folder. Don't know why some songs do this and others don't. What are the best settings under Options to use?
