license restore

I am new to JRiver and bought it in June of this year and have already used my license to restore 10 times.
This unfortunately is due to my Windows 10 operating system updating the preview build every few weeks, which sometimes I have to fully reinstall my windows & programs due to a glitchy build.  I cannot find a support website or phone number, so I imagine this forum is all there is. Can someone please help me in this issue?
