Hello,

Potential new user... So far, love the app...   

Very interested in using the Alexa plugin with my 190 GB music library!

Everything seems copasetic - except when I use my key to try and activate the plugin, nada.
Investigating, I see that the test page on the jriver site, calls either internal or external to /Gizmo/mode.html.
I see in the server UI the GET requiest... but the content is blank!

Software engineer here... so understand what I'm doing.  Is this a known bug?   Is there a workaround?

I'm not licensed yet -- in the trial.  Not going to spend the money if it is broken.

Um, No.   You did not read my post.  If you did, you would see that I see the web GET request in the server log.

The server is returning a blank page.

House Band works on Windows.  I don't know if it works on Mac.  Please try the thread.
