upsample files and save to disk

Greetings,

DSP Studio allows for on-the-fly upsampling.
This is fine when listening to music when using MediaCenter as the source application for your music.

I am interested in hearing how upsampled music would sound in my car.

Is there a way to tag songs, upsample them, and save the upsampled versions to a storage device (like a thumb drive)?
