License restore page does not work

https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi is not operational. I have entered my email addy several times and it does not react as in the past, the wording that my code has been sent never appears. Can you help please?  Needless to say, I also do not receive my code.

OK I found what seems to be the right email address, or at least an address that causes the page to say that i will receive an email with registration code, but the email never comes.

The email address is soois@wbs.co.za. other mails tried was soois@telkomsa.net, sooiskatryn@gmail.com
