Licence problem

Hi everybody,
Quick question, I bough the licence for windows a month (my server run under win 10) but I had to change my personal PC to a mac. Now I realize that my licence don't work within.
How can I solve this? Should I have to purshace a all new licence?

Thanks JimH, my question is If I bough a window licence 2 month ago (US27) now I have to pay US37 more (or US27 without link between them) for the update to MAC?? is ot an alternative to pay for the difference??

You can buy an MC for Mac license for $26.98.  We don't exchange licenses.
