Registration Code not accepted

When I put in my Registration Code for MC21 on a new laptop it says "code can not be found".

I know it is the correct code as I have the original email from JRiver and I requested it via email and they match.

Where do I go from here.

My intention is to download 21 then upgrade to 23.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can retrieve your license and use it to upgrade to MC23 without installing MC21.

Download and install MC23.

Restore your MC21 license. 

Then upgrade.

Make sure the price is correct before finishing.
