MJ imports about half my albums

I apologize for posting this here but I can't find a more appropriate forum.

Media Jukebox 12.0.17 I have used for years installed on a new PC.  It only auto imports about half my albums.  Afterwards it won't import an album I have highlighted.  All I do is listen to music. I don't need more than this simple version, 12.0.17.  Would an upgrade, even a paid version, solve this problem?  Or am I missing something.  I never had trouble importing files previous installations.

It also seems to fail to volume analyze the files it did import.  How can I find out if files have been analyzed?

Win 10 x64 home premium.

I'm sorry but we don't support MJ any longer.  You may need to tell it what file types to import, but I don't remember how it's done in that version.
