shortcut for "On Disk (external)"
« on: February 12, 2018, 09:04:32 pm »

Hi,

I want to create a shortcut for "Locate On Disk (external)".

I know it's possible, but I have no idea how to set this up.

How can I do this ?

Thanks,

Patrick

I know I can right-click on the file and select "on disk (external)".

But I'd like to not use the mouse at all.

So I want to click on a song, then hit a keyboard shortcut to do "on disk (external)".

Like in winamp : ctrl-f opens the file location.

Forums can have a learning curve too. Now that my question (and yours) has been answered, can we help?

trogne,
Try this...
Download the attached archive.
Close MC.
Open the MC program folder.
Open the "Data" folder you see there.
Extract the folder that is inside the zip file, along with the single file it contains into this "Data" folder.
You should now have a folder called "Custom Resources" inside your MC "Data" folder.
If yes, launch MC.
Select a file...
Press "Ctrl+Alt+D" to "locate on disk (external)"
