I am restoring my MC 23 on my new Mac Mini M1 and I'm getting "quit unexpectedly" error when I scroll down or link my audio files from my HDD.

Have you tried the workaround posted above? Might be worth trying.

Nonetheless MC23 might be too old to be running on a M1-based Mac. You might try MC28 and see if it works better for you.

Thanks, I am trying the MC28 now but I only have 3 days left. I did install the MC28 unintentional when I am trying to figure out my issues with MC23, so I only have 3 days to make sure it is working. Can you help me extend even for 5-10 more days so I just want to make sure that it is perfectly working with my Mac M1.

The reason behind that I didn't noticed the MC28 installed is that I am trying to figure out the MC23 issues and that time I am running on Roon Monthly subscription as well, so I decided not to continue with Roon and get back to my classic JRiver setup and Tidal via separate app. Thanks! Cheers
