Repeatable Crash: Removing DSP Parametric Equalizer Filter

I can make MC crash 100% of the time by removing a previously added filter in the Parametric Equalizer window and not clicking an option in the Confirm Review window.  I click remove, and the Confirm Remove window is hidden by the DSP Filter window.  When I close the DSP Filter window, sometimes I see the Options window, sometimes I see the Confirm Remove option. 

If I see the Options window, I hit OK, then I see the Confirm Remove window and click yes.  Then MC crashes. 

If the Confirm Remove window shows after closing the DSP Studio window, I click remove, and MC Crashes.

If I move the DSP Studio window to the side after clicking remove, I can access the Confirm Remove.  Doing this removes it as expected and there is no crash.
