selecting files in 9.1/applying properties changes
« on: June 18, 2003, 12:07:04 am »

In 9.1 there doesn't seem to be an easy way to select a long list of files in order to edit their properties.

For example, in 9.0 I could select an artist in the left-side tree view and right-click on the artist name and choose File Properties and have all the files automatically selected for editing.

Also, in 9.0, if the Track Info window is docked in the lower left, I can't figure out how to apply the changes made to the properties without closing the pane each time.

I mentioned this in the bug thread and Matt said the way now is just to click out of the properties box and MC will synch everything up.

As for multiple file selection I think you can still select multiple  items in the ML and then press Alt-Enter to get the properties screen to appear for them...I will try it later and see
