Administrator Rights

I have a laptop supplied by my work on which I have installed JR MC 23. I purchased an upgrade to 24 and tried to install it.

However, Administrator rights on this laptop are now restricted by the company's group policy and when I double click on the mjr file I am being prompted to enter an Admin userid and password.

Is there any other way to register the upgrade within JR MC itself instead of running packageinstaller.exe?
