Bug Fix Request - Properly grabbing media keys

If you guys promise to fix the proper grabbing of media keys for the mac version (reliably without needing to click back and forth between the window and using the media keys following launch) or a simple checkbox option that absolutely prevents repeat track insertions into smart playlists and play doctor selections i'm in for this upgrade otherwise I will hold off on this round.
