Trying to upgrade to v24 on Mac but will not accept my reg keys

I got an email offering a preorder for v24.   I clicked on the link and copy/pasted by reg keys for JR22 on MAC and it say there is no upgrade available for these keys.  Please assist as I would like to purchase this before the price goes up on 3/10

If I chose Windows or master license it let me purchase.   I purchased the master license.
