I need to buy a new mainboard for my living room HTPC. The hard requirements I have are:
- Formfactor must be micro-ATX
- It would be nice to have some space (one empty slot) between the x16 and x4 slot (better cooling)
- one pcie x16 slot for my EVGA GTX 960 card
- one pcie x1 slot for my sotm usb card.

Other componets I have are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz, intel ssd, Noctua Cooling. I want to reuse them.

Is there any important difference regarding chipsets:Z370, B250, H270 etc. which are relevant for my scenario?

->17.03.18: I have bough the MSI board - everything works.

The price difference between MSI B250m gaming pro and asus strix z370 g Gaming is ~100€ in germany.

Plus you would not have been able to re use the i3 6100 on that z370 board.
