subtitles download doesnt add sub extension
(1/1)
dziemian:
It aplies to mc23 which I am using now but I suppose it will be the same in mc24. When I download SUB subtitles via jriver's "get movie..." it doesnt add SUB at the end as an extension and JRiver doesnt see them as an option. I have to manually go to the folder and change extension to the SUB and then it is finally visible. SRT works without problem.
Matt:
I can't reproduce this.
I'm downloading a SUB file for my Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie and it goes right into the folder with a .sub extension.
dziemian:
It doesn work. Maybe check polish language. In my case when I was trying to get subtitles for "Come and see" movie" I got this sub file: "Come.and.See.1985.BDRip.720p_by_vedigo_OS_Polishtxt". As you can see I had to add sub extension manually to make it work: "Come.and.See.1985.BDRip.720p_by_vedigo_OS_Polishtxt.sub".
The same happens with "The Revenant". When I download sub file I get this: "The.Revenant.2015.1080p.BluRay.x264-SPARKS_OS_Polishtxt".
Again I need to manually add sub at the end. When I download srt file every time it is fine. In this example: "The.Revenant.2015.1080p.BluRay.x264-SPARKS_OS_Polish.srt"
RoderickGI:
I can reproduce that for the movie "The Revenant", Polish language, "sub" format subtitles.
