Tinkerboard license error

I installed MC 23 (23.0.102) on the Tinkerboard start-up service. I registered a license code from a menu. MC 23 indicated "Registration was successful." A dialog prompting the user to enter the license code again is displayed at the time of starting about one month after installing JMC23. I entered the license code again. We also implemented xxx.mjr in SSH. （mediacenter23 /RestoreFromFile /home/"Media Center23 Master-xxxxxx.mjr"）When the next thinkerboard was started, the license dialog was displayed again. I registered the license again in two ways. However, the license dialog was displayed next. In the end JMC23 said

"information
There was problem restoring the license.
Error details:
This license has been restored too many times."

What is your license activation system?
How can I escape from this vicious circle?
I have only one master license.
