Convert Problems

I know I posted someplace else and received a sort of answer and I wanted to get back there to post a further question but I cannot figure out how to do it.

so I am sticking my attachment with pictures of my problems/questions here because I keep getting told to use the forum, but I cannot find anything in the forum.

Attachment shows the instructions I was given from forum, and then the problems with screenshots of my confusion between what I read and what I see.

It appears that your files were imported (10,000 shown in your screenshot).

Click on Audio to start.  Find the files you want to convert.  Start with one or two.  Select them, then right click to find the Convert tool.
