What does "Interfaces to ignore" do?
« on: March 17, 2018, 09:04:58 am »

I thought that I can enter an IP of a client I do not want to show up in the "Playing Now" list. But apparently it does not hinder a computer that has MC installed from again appearing after being removed. So I have two questions:
1. How can I exclude a device from being automatically added to the "Playing Now" list?
2. What does "Interfaces to ignore" do and what syntax does it need?

Thanks.

The option is designed to allow you to ignore local interfaces, ie. if you run multiple network cards you could ignore one, or virtual network cards for Virtual Machines. Most people probably don't need that.
