Library Sync Not Transferring Files

I'm trying to sync between 2 libraries both running from MC23 for Linux. Trying the operation from Ubuntu 16.04 on a QNAP appears to be working and reports no errors in the action window or log file, but no media files are transferred. Also, trying to initiate the sync from Arch Linux crashes the program on Arch. What might I be missing?
