Streaming and the Content Panel

Media Centre is good but it may be a tad too complex for me!
I listen to 2XS Rocks (http://2xs.rocks:8502/mp3) but I cant see the music notes on their web page http://www.2xs.rocks/#. Is there a way that I can use a tab in the content panel to open the 2XS URL and see their web page? I've tried the manage links dialogue box but it way to complex for me.
