Here is how to compile Ceton InfiniTV Drivers on newer Linux kernel builds

I thought I would pass this along because I have seen others struggle with it.  In this thread: http://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums/viewtopic.php?f=87&p=126205#p126205 a user was able to compile infiniTV drivers on kernel 4.13.0-36-generic.  I'm not sure if live TV is even supported in MC's linux variant but this seems like it would be useful to someone.
