Sync to Pono Player not working

I have been trying to load, sync, send to, and anything else I can think of within JRiver 23 and it starts to populate to the Pono but locks up 2 or 3 songs in. I see that the interface in devices shows "Pono Beta" will it work at some point?

Try a small batch of files.  It may not be "locked", but just not responding.

What is the full version number of MC?

fulll Version 23 iit will move the first 1 nor 2 songs then can take hours for the next. Interestingly, the last version of Pono Vault Beta works well for moving the music over though I have been using MC since long before Pono's  little blip on the scene. The JR driven original software was greeat but I understand the issues around finance regarding that working transfer format. :-(

Under the Help menu, select About.  The version is displayed there.  23.0.102 is current.

Mine reports 23.0.104
