MC24 crashes MC23

If MC24 is running and I lauch MC23 I get both programs running side-by-side.
But If MC23 is running and I launch MC24, MC23 craches.

Running Media Network/Server in both at the same time, maybe? I can see how there'd be a possible conflict there.
