I just installed the latest version of MC 23 and got the following warning message:

Windows Defender Firewall has blocked some features of Media Center 23 on all public and private networks.
Allow Media Center 23 to communicate on these networks:
   [unchecked box] Private networks, such as my home or work network
   [checked box] Public networks, such as those in airports and coffee shops (not recommended because these networks often have little or no security)

I am not sure what is causing this message to appear -- it's never happened when I've installed a new version in the past. Anyway, is there any reason why Media Center 23 needs to communicate on public networks?

I'm guessing that I should check the private networks box and uncheck the public networks box. Is this correct?
