I've just installed "K-Meter", a free, open source, Pro volume meter for Linux into MC24. For those interested: http://www.mzuther.de/en/software/kmeter/

The plugin installation to MC24 went easier than I expected. The only thing I don't care for is that the VU meter, when activated, is locked into the "DSP Studio" window (just like the MC Analyzer).  There is a standalone version of K-Meter, but it doesn't function with MC24. Anyway, the standalone (independent window) version of K-Meter is the way I would like to see it work in MC24, that way I can position the K-meter window on my desktop alongside the MC24 window.  This would also be nice for the MC DSP Analyzer.  It is possible to do this now, or can it be implemented as a feature in the not too distant future.
