JRiver 24 Win8 stoped working

I'm using ASIO USB driver, it was working with v23 and initial with 24. Now it stoped . there were no changes / upgrades etc.
Program hangs, USB never got initiated, playback just hang.  Any ideas ?

Oh well... fixed it.  Microsoft way. Uninstall everything and re-install. Worked now.
