Interesting that it says that the Intel analog device is busy.
Can you try the xonar device on the analog output and turn on logging? If it doesn't work, please attach the log.

Yes thats because mc23 is playing internet radio over it.

I started MC24 and did as you requested.
I selected a Xonar output (bureau) and requested a FLAC 44.1 file to play
