Handheld sync w/ special characters

Sorry, I just noticed your reply. I own a Pioneer XDP-100R, but I remove the microSD cards and sync through a card reader. I did a bunch of searches before posting on the forum here. It looks like other people have had similar problems, but none of the threads ended in any kind of real solution.

Just to be clear: It syncs properly the first time, but only the first time. If the synced playlist is refreshed in Media Center afterwards, it will immediately show that any files within folders that use accented characters (derived from the song's tags) need to be re-synced. Then, with every re-sync, an additional copy of every one of those songs is copied to the card. I haven't tested to see if there's any limit to the additional copies Media Center will make (I doubt it), but three re-syncs has resulted in three copies of each song in the same folder.
Are you unable to reproduce this behavior? This is the Mac version.

I'm still having this problem, I'm wondering if it might have been addressed or if anybody has come up with a workaround by now?
