Uninstall Avast.  It's the only way to eliminate it as the cause.

I unistalled it, restarted my pc, played a track i know it was doing the stuttering (after a couple of seconds) and it was still doing it.

i tried to install schiit usb drivers but none of them works (it says to plug in my device and after 3 failed attempts says it doesnt exist). My dac is listed in Non-specified-­> Schiit usb audio device

Make sure you're using 64 bit drivers if you're using 64 bit MC.

none of their drivers has specifications of 64 bits nor 32 bits i guess i am. What do i do now??
