Did you try activating Dolby Digital under Tools/Options/Audio/DSP Studio Output Encoding?

I did. No sound.

What device are you selecting in MC's audio configuration?

verden:
I tried the default first and then all. I'm starting to think the Digi+ doesn't put out 5.1.
