If these plugins are in the C:/Users/Username/Appdata/ Roaming/JRiver/Media Center 21/ Plugins folder take them out to a folder on the desktop. You should then be able to get into DSPStudio. If you then reinstall them one at a time you should be able to determine which one is causing the problem. I don't use VST pugins myself but this is my best guess.

Does removing them from their current position to a desktop folder, then restarting MC allow you to access the DSP plugin button?

Have finally found it ;)
Mac Library/appdata/JRiver/settings/usersettings.txt

Found the line for vst.
(type "DSP" in the schearch function)

But dunno why have lost all my configurations (view settings skin, language)
(Seems MC rebuild the setting file from scratch but i have my old list of external plugin)

Well not really a problem at least i have access to the DSP button.

Thank you again for your help i think moving the vst folder do the trick too, also i prefer to edit the file but i certainly doesn't found the correct line.
